  1.     The Pre-calculus Math Functions, PCMF, program is designed for 
  2. IBM PC compatibles with EGA or VGA graphics cards using MS-DOS.  
  3. The user of this program can edit and plot three functions: F(x), 
  4. G(x) and H(x) where H(x) is an expression using only F(x) and G(x).
  5. Functions are plotted in either rectangular or polar coordinates.  
  6. Edited functions and plotting parameters can be saved to a file 
  7. that is created and named by the user.  These exercise files can 
  8. also be saved, loaded, renamed or deleted.  PCMF is designed to 
  9. aid in teaching pre-calculus mathamatics.

  11.     The PCMF program set consists of the following files:

  13. PCMF.EXE      STANDARD.MFN  DEFAULT.MFN   MFCAL.DAT    MF_INSTR.TXT  
  14. MF_INTRO.TXT  LITT.CHR      TRIP.CHR      BGAVGA.BGI   README.EXE
  15. README.TXT

  17. All of these files except README.EXE and README.TXT are required 
  18. for the program to work properly.

  20. INSTRUCTIONS:
  21.     To start the program, enter the letters PCMF after the DOS 
  22. prompt.  The main menu will automatically appear.  Press letter,
  23. b, on the keyboard and complete operating instructions will be 
  24. provided.  Press the enter key to exit README.
